AZEIP Arizona Early Intervention
This program offers support and services to families of infants and toddlers - birth to three years of age - who have disabilities or developmental delays. The goal is to help children thrive in their homes and communities. Contact The Blake Foundation at

Child and Adult Care Food Program
Family childcare providers are reimbursed for nutritious meals served to young children in their care. Nutrition training is provided annually. Call 1-800-941-3088.

DES Child Care Home Recruitment
This program provides training, technical assistance and professional development for people who want to become certified child care providers in a home setting for the Arizona Department of Economic Security. A variety of developmentally appropriate toys and equipment are delivered to providers from the DES Toy Lending Library.

Child Care Resource & Referral
Parents can call l-800-308-9000 for referrals to child care centers, preschools and homes, including after school programs. Education is available to assist parents in selection of appropriate childcare. Training for childcare providers is also available. Brochure

Choices for Families
This community based program offers in-home family support services. Choices for Families is designed to provide a continuum of services that promote positive parenting, enhance family functioning and assist families in maintaining self sufficiency. Brochure

Family to Family
A free statewide training program, which enhances the skills of family childcare providers in the areas of child development, nutrition, and the business of family childcare. Training also includes a self-study manual and CPR/first aid certification.

Grandparent Caregiver Program
This program works with grandparents who are caregivers to their grandchildren in any capacity, from parenting the children to caring for them after school on a regular basis. Meetings offer support and the chance to share resources. The meetings also promote intergenerational activities.

Healthy Families
This community-based home visitation program provides support services to expectant parents and families with newborns as well as prenatal families. Healthy Families is designed to help clients reduce stress, enhance family functioning, promote child development and positive parent-child interaction, and minimize the incidence of abuse and neglect. In-Home Services Program
This program provides short-term, time-limited services that are based on the needs, concerns, and stressors of the child and family and addresses the risks identified in the CPS strengths and risks assessments. S*CCEEDS
This statewide registry system encourages and tracks the professional and educational growth of individuals in the childcare and early education field. S*CCEEDS approved trainings count towards advancement through a childcare and early education Career Level system, recognized throughout the state. For information call 1-800-905-4389.
